This Workshop offers a highly resourceful educational experience, appropriate for any level of outdoor photographer, but especially for practiced beginners and intermediates. The program consists of a slide-based lecture, field shoots on the majestic pristine property of Cherokee Ranch & Castle, and interactive critique session on participants’ laptop computers. A full, yet comfortable, schedule optimizes field time and helps facilitate the absorption of invaluable, professional information. John will also discuss post-processing of your images with computer programs such as Adobe Lightroom, and give live demonstrations. Everyone is qualified to attend. Limited enrollment gives all participants quality time with John Fielder, and a second professional landscape photographer also ensures individualized specific instruction.
A group based critique session invites participants to learn from each others’ work, while field instruction addresses both the understanding of camera functions and techniques of composition.
